Warning!

Disconnect the engraver from power before replacing the coolant.

If the coolant becomes visibly contaminated, discontinue work and clean the tank and pipe as instructed below:

Tools Needed:

• Baster/fluid extractor
• Funnel
• Distilled water/laser-safe coolant

Step 1: Turn off and unplug the engraver.

Step 2: Unplug the right panel’s LED light, the induction switch, and the key line.

Step 3: Remove the front and rear screws of the right panel and remove the panel.

Step 4: Unseal the tank and extract the old fluid with a baster or fluid extractor.

Step 5: Refill the tank with distilled water or laser-safe coolant.

Step 6: Reseal the tank, reconnect the LED plugs, replace the right panel, and return the engraver to working order.
