Warning!

Disconnect the engraver from power before refilling the coolant tank.

Refilling Frequency:

It depends on the coolant level. Check before and after each use to make sure the tank is at least two-thirds full. Refill as needed.

The cooling system has the best cooling performance when the coolant is at least two-thirds full. If the tank ever begins to run low, refill it as instructed below.

Tools Needed:

• Funnel
• Distilled water/laser-safe coolant

Step 1: Turn off and unplug the engraver.

Step 2: Unplug the right panel’s LED light, the induction switch, and the key line.

Step 3: Remove the front and rear screws of the right panel and remove the panel.

Step 4: Unseal the tank and refill the tank until it is two-thirds full.

Step 5: Reseal the tank, reconnect the LED plugs, resume the right panel, and return the engraver to working order.
