Manually rotate the Z-axis motor lead screw to check if the Z-axis movement is smooth;
If the movement is smooth, then manually lower the laser head to the lowest position before turning on the machine. If the Z-axis still makes noise and does not move at this time, a motor replacement is needed.
If the manual movement is not smooth, then loosen the three screws as shown in the figure, slightly adjust the angle of the laser head mounting plate until the manual rotation of the lead screw is smooth, and then turn on the machine to test the movement of the Z-axis.
If it returns to normal, then tighten the screws that were previously loosened.
If it still makes noise and does not move, then replace the motor.
