1. Open RDWorks.

2. Access the user parameter interface.

3. Check that “Go scale mode” is set to “Close laser”(as shown).

If that parameter has been rightly set all the time

• Initiate framing again.
• Check whether the laser signal on the ammeter reads on or off.
• If it reads off, replace the laser power supply with a new, identical one. 
• if it reads on,  open the left glass cover (refer to the video)

1. Measure the voltage between the L-on and GND terminals (as shown). The normal reading is 5V.
2. If the voltage reads lower than 5V, replace the main board with a new, identical one. If the voltage reads 5V, replace the laser power supply.
