• Boot up RDWorks and access "vendor settings“(password: rd8888).
• Check the"signal level" set to "low" (as shown). If not, make it so.

If modifying the parameter has failed but the problem persists.

• Open the left glass lid and the bottom cover of the laser power supply (refer to the video).

1. Remove the metal plate and access the control box.
2. Check whether the L-on terminal on the mainboard is connected to the L terminal on the laser power supply(as shown).
3. If the terminals are correctly connected and the problem persists, check the laser signal on the ammeter.

• If the laser signal reads "off", replace the laser power supply with a new, identical one.
• If the laser signal reads "on"

1. Measure the voltage between the L-on and GND terminals (as shown). The normal reading is 5V.
2. If the voltage reads lower than 5V, replace the main board with a new, identical one. If the voltage reads 5V, replace the laser power supply.
