1. Check the power supply to the motor’s driver board
2. Remove the power cover of the engraver (as shown).

 Check whether the indicator light on the driver board is glowing green.

 If NO,

1. Set your multimeter to DC voltage measurement and a range greater than 24V.
2. Measure the voltage of the port shown in the figure.

• • If the voltage reads 24V, replace the driver board with a new, identical one.
• • If the voltage reads 0, check the conductivity between the driver board and the laser power supply using the following steps.
• Set your multimeter’s beeper on.
• Press the pens’ ends on both ends of the same line. If the line tested conductive, replace the laser power supply with a new, identical one. If not, fix the line.

If YES, replace the driver board with a new, identical one.
