If you are using RDWorks, use the camera tuning function to modify the parameters of the camera (as shown).

If you are using Lightburn on a Windows system, such problems can be solved by adjusting the exposure and saturation (as shown). MAC is restricted by system limitations and cannot be adjusted.

If the problems persist, then the camera is incompatible with Lightburn. We recommend using RDWorks or replacing the camera.
