Water pump not working
- Boot up the engraving software.
- Access the “Vendor Settings”.
- Disenable “Water Wrotect”.
- Create a design.
- Set the engraving power to 0 and click to start the engraving.
- Check whether the air pump and exhaust fan are working.
Because the water pump, air pump, and exhaust fan use the same power supply, it is easy to troubleshoot the malfunctioning water pump by looking at the air pump and the exhaust fan.
- If the air pump and/or exhaust fan are not working, troubleshoot per

- If the air pump and exhaust fan are working normally, the power supply to the water pump is normal. Check the water pump power supply plug as follows:
- Remove the right panel of the engraver (As shown).
- Identify the power supply plug of the water pump.
- Measure the voltage of the plug, the normal reading is 12V.
- If the voltage is normal, replace the pump with a new, identical one.
- If the voltage reads 0, check continuity between the between the power output plug and the pump supply plug.
- Set the multimeter’s beeper on.
- Check the continuity between the 12V terminal of the laser power supply output and the 12V terminal of the pump power supply.
- If the 12V line tests are normal, check the continuity between the laser power supply GND and the air pump GND; fix any disconnected points.
