Control relay indicator light not lit
If in such a case, with the engraver on standby, measure the voltage supplied to the relay (as shown), the normal voltage is 24V.
- If the voltage reads 24V and the relay indicator light stays unlit, replace the relay with a new identical one.
- If the relay voltage reads 0,
- Remove the cover of the mainboard.
- Measure the voltage of the 24V and GND port of CN1 on the mainboard (as shown).
- If the voltage reads 0, replace the mainboard with a new identical one.
- If the voltage reads 24V.
- Set your multimeter’s beeper to on.
- Measure the continuity between the 24V of the CN1 terminal of the mainboard and the V+ of the relay.
- Measure the continuity between the GND of the mainboard CN1 terminal and the V− of the relay; fix any disconnected point.
