Make sure you are using the correct boot-up procedures as follows.

1. Plug in the power cord and make sure the plug is plugged into the bottom with no loose contact.
2. Flip the rocker switch to on.
3. Turn the key switch up front clockwise.
4. Check whether the engraver is responsive. Under normal circumstances, the engraver's LED light band lights up, the laser head moves to the mechanical origin, and the water pump begins to work following the completion of normal boot-up procedures.

If the engraver remains non-responsive, check the status of the LCD of the laser power supply.
