Before delivery of the LTL shipment, the carrier will call to schedule an appointment with you. Therefore, please keep your phone accessible so that they can reach you. If possible, kindly leave us an alternative valid phone number as a backup in case of any emergency. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's Proof of Delivery before signing. Take clear photographs of the damage and kindly contact us immediately if damage is present to start the claims process.
