What do I need to do if the package is delayed?
If you find no tracking updates within 3 to 5 business days for your package, we would suggest you wait for a little longer. Additionally, it is normal if the tracking information is not updated during weekends. Sometimes the shipping is delayed due to high volumes or unforeseen weather factors. If no tracking updates are detected over 5 business days, please email the customer support team to start a claim, and we will send out a replacement unit or a full refund once confirming lost.
