Warning!

• Disconnect the engraver from power before cleaning.
• Before starting the laser, check the water temperature and confirm that the water is running through the laser tube without bubbles.

Cleaning Frequency: Weekly*

*This schedule is mandatory regardless of how much water is left inside the tank or how clean it appears. The distilled water in the tank can leach chemicals from your tank and/or hoses and spread these possibly corrosive particles to the laser tube.

Step 1: Cut the power to the engraver and unplug the pump.

Step 2: Open the water tank and remove the pump.

Step 3: Rinse the exterior of the pump with running water, and do the same for the water tank.

Step 4: Unplug the blue hose of the pump and clean it as in Step 3.

Step 5: Reconnect the hose and replace the pump inside the tank.

Step 6: Add new, distilled water to the tank.

Step 7: Restore power to the pump and let it run for 2–3 minutes.
