How should I maintain my Mirrors & Focus Lens for optimal performance?

Cleaning Frequency: Daily, after each use
Caution!
- What you are engraving will determine the frequency at which you must clean your laser engraving machine. However, we suggest cleaning your device after each use for the best results.
- Mirrors 1, 2, and 3 are permanently aligned within a protective housing and should not require adjustment or cleaning. The focus lens is held within the laser head’s protective shell.
- Remember to let the cleaning fluid dry before further use.
Tools Needed:
- Lens brush
- Laser-safe microfiber cloth/cotton swab
- Alcohol/laser-safe cleaning solution
- Sterile single-use rubber gloves
To clean the windows of Mirrors 1, 2, and 3:
Step 1: Remove the dust and debris using the lens brush.
Step 2: Remove the dust and debris using the lens brush.
Step 3: Wipe the lens clean with the cloth/swab using gentle, circular motions.
To clean the focus lens:
Step 1: Gently remove the lens from the laser head.
Step 2: Remove the dust or debris using the lens brush.
Step 3: Dip the cloth or cotton swab in the solution and squeeze out the excess fluid.
Step 4: Wipe the lens clean with the cloth/swab using gentle, circular motions.
Step 5: Replace the lens, ensuring the concave side is facing down.
