Pronto uses a through-beam infrared sensor for precise material detection, so transparent materials need to have tape applied to the sides to shield the beam. Additionally, the materials should be placed between the two sensors(as shown).

Note: Before focusing, ensure that the material is below the sensor.

Press the focus button on the panel, and the platform will automatically rise until it reaches the correct focal distance.

If your machine encounters the following issues, please follow the corresponding steps to address them.

After clicking on focus,

• the platform has been continuously declining.
• the platform keeps rising without stopping.
• the distance the platform rises is incorrect and does not reach the focal length.
• the platform does not respond at all.
• the Z-axis is making noise.
