The panel has an error code "Water protected"
Machines in the Pronto series require the use of a chiller, and the alarm signal from the chiller must be connected to the machine using the provided signal cable.
If the alarm line is connected and the machine is still reporting an error, first check whether the chiller is in alarm mode. When the chiller is in alarm, it usually emits a buzzing sound and displays an error code.
- If the chiller is alarmed, it indicates that there is a fault in the chiller system. Please refer to the chiller's manual for troubleshooting.
- If the chiller does not alarm, then use a metal jumper to short the water protection interface(as shown). If the machine returns to normal at this point, you will need to replace the alarm wire. If it still does not function properly, there may be an issue with the control board, and you should contact customer service for further investigation.
