Whole machine won't boot up
Check the items below in the order they are listed:
- Whether the wall socket is energized
- Whether the power cord of the machine is connected in place.
- Whether the machine's emergency stop button is released (Turn it clockwise to release)
- Whether the main power button of the machine is pressed and lighted up.
If all the above steps have been performed correctly and the main power button remains unlit, go check if the circuit breaker inside the right control box is in the open position (as shown in the picture).
If the circuit breaker is good, please test the circuit continuity with a voltage tester. Aside from unexpected disconnections in the circuit, the emergency stop switch and main power button are the components most likely to be damaged.
If the laser button does light up but the machine is still unresponsive, turn on the key switch and listen for a clicking sound from the control box on the right side. If you hear a clicking sound, it is likely that the switch power supply is damaged. If there is no clicking sound, use a multimeter or a voltage tester to check the continuity of the main power button and the filter.
If the machine is not completely unresponsive, please troubleshoot it as if some components are not working.
