Generally, this could be caused by wrongly set parameters. Check the number of steps per revolution, and set the roller diameter if you are using a roller-type rotary axis. For specific parameter values, refer to the user manual of the rotary axis and the engraver.

For instance,  if a roller-type rotary axis is being used, you can test the rotary axis to find out how much of a rotation will "steps per rotation" make your roller move. Test and make sure the value of the parameter is correctly set to move the roller to full rotation.
