Air Pressure Error (Pronto Series)
1. Test the External Air Pump
- Disconnect the air pump from the machine and plug it directly into a household power strip.
- Turn on the air pump and observe if the airflow alarm still occurs.
A. If the alarm disappears:
This indicates that the air pump itself is functioning correctly. You will need to update the airflow delay parameters.
LightBurn:
Import the parameter file into LightBurn to upgrade the firmware. File link:

RDworks:
- Locate the “delay after feed” setting.
- Change the value to 4000, 6000, and 8000, respectively.
- Follow the order: Read→ Change Value → Write
- Click ”Read” again to confirm the changes have been successfully updated.
B. If the alarm persists
This indicates that the air pump itself may function improperly.
- Swap the Air Tubing Ports:
Disconnect the air tubing from the machine and swap the positions of the ports as illustrated in the diagram.
-
Record the Pressure Alarm Display:
If the alarm still occurs after swapping the ports, immediately record a video of the pressure alarm display inside the left control box after the alarm is triggered. This will help us further diagnose the issue.
