Jittery rotary axis
1. Make sure the parameters are correctly set. The steps per rotation could be 1200/2000/3000/4000/5000/7500/10000.
2. Or you can test the rotary to find out the true value of "steps per rotary". When using a roller rotary, modify the value to make sure that the rotary rollers or wheels turn a circle round after clicking "test"
3. If the parameters are correct, check the engraver’s Y-axis plug.
4. With the rotary axis enabled on the engraver, unplug the rotary axis and plug the Y-axis back in.
5. Use the control panel to move the Y-axis.
6. Check whether the Y-axis is moving normally.
- If it is moving normally, check the wiring sequence of the rotary axis and the coil of the rotary axis motor for damage.
- If not, see "Panel direction keys anomalies>>" to troubleshoot.
