Generally, this could be caused by wrongly set parameters. Check the number of steps per revolution, and set the roller diameter if you are using a roller-type rotary axis. For specific parameter values, refer to the user manual of the rotary axis and the engraver.

Or you can test the rotary to find out the true value of "steps per rotary". When using a roller rotary, modify the value to make sure that the rotary rollers or wheels turn a circle round after clicking "test".
