1. Open RDWorks.

2. Access the user parameter interface. Check that “Go scale mode” is set to “Close laser” (as shown).

If the parameter is correct, check whether the laser signal on the display of the power supply is “ON” or “OFF” when the laser head is framing.

• If it is “OFF”, replace the laser power supply with a new, identical one.
• If it is “ON”, measure the voltage between L-on and GND of the mainboard (normally 5V). If the voltage is low, replace the mainboard with a new, identical one.
