1. If the laser spot seems abnormal at the 1st mirror, check the spot at the 3rd mirror.

• Generally, high-power laser tubes are designed to have a more focused laser spot at the 3rd mirror and less focused at the 1st mirror. 

2.  If the 3rd mirror appears abnormal, ensure the laser aperture, 1st and 2nd mirrors are clean, and all mirrors are aligned.

3.  Set the power to 45%, and then check the spot again.

• If the spot appears split, not full, or irregular in shape, the laser tube is faulty. Replace it with a new, identical one.
