Electric arc

Check whether the laser tube anode line has been burnt, or any broken insulation layer. If so, fix the line, and stay away from metal parts. Test.

Buzzing sound

Find out which component is making that sound. If it is the laser tube, then change the laser tube. If it is the power supply, run see Ceramic resistor test>> to troubleshoot.
