Need more overshooting or larger acceleration
|
The pattern is too large or the pattern is too close to the edge of the X-axis. Change to a smaller pattern or the pattern should not be put to the edge of the format, or the X-axis motor acceleration parameter is set too small, restore the factory settings(click). |
Y-axis over scale
|
The image size is too large or too close to the Y-axis edge. Decrease the image size or move the image toward the center. Please decrease the image size or move the image toward the center. |
X-axis over scale

The pattern is too large or the pattern is too close to the edge of the X-axis. Change to a smaller pattern or the pattern should not be put to the edge of the format, or the X-axis motor acceleration parameter is set too small, you need to restore the factory settings(click). |
File invalid, unknown file
|
Make sure the file is in RD format exported by RDworks or Lightburn. If the file is already in RD format, you need to upgrade the mainboard firmware. |
Machine protected
|
The cover proximity switch is failing or disabled. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot. 1. Enter the main interface on the control panel. 2. Place a piece of metal on the sensor to see if the protection sensor in the machine status interface has been triggered normally.

Water error 1 /cooler error
|
Something is wrong with the water protection. If your machine comes with a water pump or built-in water cooling system,
If there is no abnormality with the pipes or water flow,
If the fault still exists,
If your machine does not come with a water pump, but has an OMTech chiller (generally used on models with a 1000×600mm or larger workbed)
If you are using a chiller of a different brand, consult the chiller sales staff about the signal output. Alternatively, you can turn off the water protection function within the software (as shown), but this will potentially have the potential for damage to the laser tube caused by leaving the chiller on. We do not recommend cooling the laser tube solely through a water pump unless the water temperature can be controlled within the recommended temperature range. If this is achievable, it is also a must to have water flow sensors, connected to the WP and GND port of the laser control terminal of the mainboard. They will stop the laser in case of abnormal water flow. |
Water error 2 /cooler error 2
|
#2 laser tube water protection fault. First, check whether the machine has 2 laser tubes. If it does, see "water error 1" to check the water flow of the second laser tube. If it doesn’t, restore the factory settings(click). Or enter the manufacturer's settings and disable Laser 2 can be through the RDWorks software, |
